Yesterday our country inaugurated a man that has sparked debate and controversy amongst us. His election was contentious, and it left our society fractured. But our society does not have to be the sum total of one man’s actions. In fact, our country stands against just that. At the end of the day, when you look past race, social backgrounds, and bank accounts, you can see the truth about us; we are all human, we are all one race. In this time of confusion and hate let’s make the pact to stand together, because we are one and together we are at our strongest.
